When people feel loved they are freer, more alive, and more powerful than we ever imagined.

  • PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of service. All major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. Simple Practice is the secure system used to process payments received from cards.

For those paying flat rate (not working through insurance), there are a limited number of sliding scale spots per year. The sliding scale for clients begins at $85 per session and is based on financial need. Please consult with me for additional details.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

Consistent attendance is very important to assure effectiveness of treatment and to respect the time that has been reserved for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, this will be considered a no-show. You will also be responsible for the full session fee, as insurance is no longer able to be billed for this session. If you do not show up for your scheduled session, and you have not notified your clinician at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay for the full fee of the session. Cancelling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will be subject to the full fee. Three no-shows or late cancellations will result in a discharge from services.

  • INSURANCE

I am currently credentialed with the following insurances:

    Aetna

    BlueCross and BlueShield

    Cigna and Evernorth

    Moda Health

    Pacific Source

    United Healthcare

I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurances that provide out-of-network benefits. In these cases, I am able to provide you with a receipt or a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Ask your carrier about your plan’s coverage for out-of-network outpatient mental health services.

  • REASSESSMENT AND DISCHARGE PLANNING

Reassessment will occur every 6-months to determine the continuation of care, including progress, on-going goals, and discharge planning.
